We’ve got exciting news. Are you ready for this? Barangaroo Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Clinic is delighted to announce that renowned sports physician Dr. Bassam Moses has joined our team.
Yes, you read that right. The very same Dr. Moses who is the sports physician for the NSW State of Origin team as well as the Chief Medical Officer for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, the A-league Western Sydney Wanderers FC and Trinity Grammar School. We told you we’ve got exciting news.
So, do you need to be a professional athlete to see Dr. Moses? Not at all! As well as working with many well-known professional sports persons, he treats clients from all walks of life for their sports injuries – yes, even the corporate, recreational or everyday athlete.
As for his credentials, Dr. Moses graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1996 and went on to finish training as a Sports & Exercise Medicine Specialist through the Australasian College of Sports & Exercise Physicians in 2015.
Dr. Moses’s areas of expertise include:
- Adult & children’s sports medicine
- Concussions
- Tendon injuries
- Prolotherapy & PRP injections
- Autologous tenocyte implantation

Even when he’s not working, Dr. Moses enjoys all things sport and spends much of his time following his favourite teams. Oh yes, and he’s a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Dr. Moses will be based at BOSIC two days a week, and if you’d like to see him, a GP referral is preferred but not required.
