Barangaroo Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Clinic (BOSIC) is a brand new, multi-disciplinary clinic that offers a unique, holistic approach to musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, spinal and sports rehabilitation.

We bring together Physiotherapy, Orthopaedic, Massage, Podiatry, Dietetics, Sports & Exercise Medicine and Exercise Physiology services together under one roof.

Established in 2017, the BOSIC team is dedicated to providing an evidence-based personalised service to ensure only the very best outcomes for people of all ages and levels of fitness, in a purpose-built space that includes an area for individual and small group rehabilitation classes.

With a vision of becoming Sydney City’s premier health care facility, our industry-leading practitioners have vast experience in their fields and offer a broad range of services, using the latest innovative techniques to optimise your health and well-being.

Nathanael Chan
Senior Physiotherapist
Nathanael (Nate) is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Nathanael’s passion lies in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Nate has had experience working alongside other physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, sports massage therapists and podiatrists. He gained invaluable experience working in multidisciplinary clinics allowing him to develop a holistic approach to health, functional fitness and physiotherapy treatment. His passion has led him to becoming a physiotherapist for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Vanessa Boon
Vanessa graduated from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. As a former national swimmer, Vanessa understands how important personal goals are, where motivation and support plays a key role in achieving them. Having experienced the impact of injuries, Vanessa recognises an injury can affect one's goals and lifestyle.
Paulina Backiel
Paulina graduated from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. She is originally from Vancouver BC Canada where she grew up on the mountains skiing or distance running in the trails. Her passion for distance running lead her towards her interest in lower limb injuries, prevention, and running biomechanics.

Andrew Saunderson
Andrew started his health career in a specialist biomechanics clinic in 2015. Working closely with several sports and paediatric podiatrists, chiropractors and osteopaths, he gained from their knowledge and experience and is trained in foot mobilisation, dry needling, massage therapy and shockwave therapy to name a few. As a keen athlete and active member of the community, Andrew is involved in everything from running and cycling to functional fitness and Tough Mudder and everything in between.
