Simon is passionate about using resistance-based training to help his clients achieve their goals in relation to their health. Simon has a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system, exercise prescription and the biopsychosocial model of health, which allows him to get great results for his clients.
He is extremely passionate about exercise and believes it’s crucial to overall health and wellbeing, not just as a tool for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Simon has played basketball for many years, and is an extremely dedicated fan of the Milwaukee Bucks. Due to his involvement in basketball, he has had multiple injuries, which he has successfully rehabbed to return to the court, most notably, he has had many lateral ankle sprains which is the most common injury among basketballers. He has a proactive approach to returning himself and his clients back to their chosen sport or activity.
Simon is passionate about helping people have a healthy relationship with exercise, and particularly loves helping recreational athletes get on and stay on the field or court. Simon believes in balance, and spends a lot of his spare time exercising and eating. He loves to travel, go to the gym and play a mix of basketball and rugby league/oztag, but unfortunately he’s a tigers fan.
